With Nutrizen’s exclusive Rewards Program, we believe in rewarding our community for sharing the message: Nourish your life, Find your zen. This policy outlines the terms under which our Rewards Partners operate.

  1. Program Overview

The Nutrizen Rewards Program is a professional affiliate model. It is designed to reward individuals for generating verified sales through personalized Rewarder Codes.

  • There are no “joining fees” and no “minimum stock purchases.”
  • Rewards are based solely on the successful sale of Nutrizen products to new and existing customers.
  1. Eligibility & Application
  • To maintain the integrity of our brand, all partners must apply through our official portal.
  • All partners must be of legal minimum age of 18 years in Singapore.
  • We reserve the right to review and approve applications based on brand alignment.
  • Once approved, you will be issued a unique Rewarder Code.
  1. Commission Structure
  • Standard Commission: Partners earn a flat-rate or percentage commission of 15% (as specified in your dashboard) for every successful, non-refunded purchase made using their code.
  • Attribution: A sale is attributed to you only when your specific Rewarder code is applied at checkout.
  1. Payment & Tax Compliance (IRAS)

As Nutrizen is a Singapore-based entity, we comply with all Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) regulations.

  • Commission earnings are considered taxable income.
  • To process payments exceeding statutory thresholds, partners must provide their full name and NRIC/FIN number for tax reporting purposes.
  1. DATA PROTECTION & FINANCIAL SECURITY (PDPA COMPLIANCE)

We take the privacy of our partners seriously and remain compliant with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the Advisory Guidelines on NRIC Numbers.

To facilitate the secure and accurate disbursement of commissions, Nutrizen collects specific personal and financial information. In compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the Advisory Guidelines on NRIC Numbers, we adhere to the following:

  • Information Collected: To process payments, we require the partner’s full legal name, NRIC/FIN number, and Bank Account details (Bank Name, Account Number and Account Holder Name).
  • Purpose of Collection:
    • NRIC Details: Collected solely for high-fidelity identification and mandatory tax reporting to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
    • Bank Details: Collected exclusively for the electronic transfer of earned commissions.
  • Security & Encryption: All financial and identity data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Nutrizen utilizes secure servers to ensure your sensitive information is protected from unauthorized access.
  • Restricted Access: Access to bank and identity data is strictly limited to authorized financial personnel for the sole purpose of processing payouts.
  • Consent & Accuracy: By providing your bank details and NRIC, you grant express consent for Nutrizen to use this data for the financial and legal purposes stated above. It is the partner’s responsibility to ensure that bank details are accurate to avoid payment delays or failures.
  1. Professional Conduct & Anti-Spam

To maintain the integrity of our brand and the trust of our community, all partners are expected to uphold the following standards of professional conduct:

  • No Spamming: Posting rewarder codes on coupon sites or sending unsolicited “cold” emails/messages is strictly prohibited.
  • Transparency: Partners should clearly disclose that they earn a commission when someone uses their code.
  • Brand Representation: You may not misrepresent Nutrizen’s products or make unauthorized health claims.
  1. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with written notice. Nutrizen reserves the right to deactivate any rewarder code and withhold pending commissions if a partner is found to be in breach of this policy or engaging in fraudulent activity.
